Ross Petty was on a hell bent mission when he was lined up against Rhys Millen in the top 16 at Wall Speedway. After excessive celebration pre race he came off the bank and plowed straight into Rhys Millen in his Pontiac Solstice causing quite a controversy! Rhys was later fined for having disconnected tail lights.
